I am searching for my friend, Elaine Fendell. Possibly Ruth Fendell is her mother..? Anyway, I believe Elaine is a physician. I don't know if she is still in Costa Rica. She was married to a 'Gary Hogensen' at one time. I thought I might reach her through this website, because she was Baha'a (sp) at one time. She is about 50 years old.
