My suggestion would be to contact the National Spiritual Assembly of your nation about this. If need be, they may ask you to refer your question directly to the Office of the Secretariat at the World Centre. I think the answer to your question may depend on a lot of things, including the scope of this comic, the purpose of it, etc.
