Brett, thanks for posting those quotes and explaining their significance. I think there is another aspect of teaching Evangelical Christians that you left out though and it is that everyone has the right and responsibility to investigate the truth for him/herself. It is not enough that we have memorized the Kitab-i-Iqan or any other Writings that explain Christian topics and scripture. We must not be condescending, but we must be beacons of rationality to a world smitten by fanatical and materialistic attachments. I say this only to emphasize the need to teach people to be responsible seekers of truth first and formost. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink goes the old saying, but, as Baha'is, we have to make the horse realize that he really is thirsty before we even get to the troph. The world is athirst for Baha'u'llah's healing waters because it is the purpose of every single human being's life to drink thereof. By our example above all else will they see and wonder what it is that has transformed us so completely, but we must ourselves become transformed first. Only then will what we have to say and convey penetrate the hearts of the thirsty.
