Thanks Dawud for the discussion and interesting link. I'd like to read Piron's articles more carefully when I have a chance.

I should also say that I am still looking for a programmar who could help me to design a language-neutral world auxiliary language website to keep track of commitments of people to spread the idea of a global convocation to determine the choice of the language to others (also keeping track of what language(s) its advocates speak/are spreading the idea in, what area they are from, how many they have told/committed to tell, etc.) as an incentive to see tangible progress in the diffusion of the idea (by showing and projecting its rate of spread, showing its current geographic/linguistic spread, etc.). The site could later be used to send these commitments as a petition to ask representatives and senators to bring this topic up of choosing such a language in say the Interparliamentary Union or other appropriate international forum.

best wishes,
Brett
