I have a copy of the book sent to an individual by his request by the Indian Baha'i Publishing Trust. If anyone will format it, we can post it online (but it'll need to be cleaned up and formatted first).

The Indian BPT did not restrict further distribution of their copy, and as well the House has said at https://bahai-library.com/uhj/permission.html that "there are no copyright restrictions on publishing the Sacred Text, the works of the Guardian, books produced by World Centre Publications or the Bahá'í International Community."

I do also have a formatted print-ready PDF provided by the US BPT, but it was for Wilmette Institute students and staff only and not to be distributed publicly. Sorry!
