N1 - This compilation consists of three parts. The last of the three is a compilation on scholarship, "Issues Related to the Study of the Bahá'í Faith," which was published in Bahá'í Canada, May 1998. Copies were distributed by the Canadian NSA to a number of other NSAs. In 1999 this compilation was reprinted by the US NSA (Wilmette: Bahá'í Publishing Trust, 1999). It was distributed in booklet form with a cover letter from the Universal House of Justice to all National Spiritual Assemblies, dated 7 April 1999. This cover letter, scanned by Duane Troxel, was appended to the compilation already online in May, 1999, and later published in Bahá'í Canada in June and in The American Bahá'í in November 1999. The International Teaching Center then released a letter elaborating on the themes of the April 7 1999 letter, which follows it. This compilation is available in other formats at bahai.org.
