Praying at the Shrines, Pilgrim Notes

Dear community,
I have been looking for a long time for a reference from a talk given by Mr. Hooper Dunbar in which he mentions that in a pilgrim note Abdu’l-Bahá says that no action is more meritorious than remembering and praying for loved ones in the Shrine of Bahá’u’lláh.
I have spend many days searching the pilgrim notes at bahai-library.com and still have not found this reference, does anyone have any advice?
