Forum upgrade

A flood of spam lately has spurred me to upgrade to the latest version of phpBB, which has added security features for registration.
All old posts are still here, nothing's been lost and everything should be working. If you encounter any problems, post them here. If you're a new member and are having any problems registering, email jonah(at)winterswebworks.com.

<b>Edit, Dec. 5:</b> It appears to have worked. The only new spam posted in the last 4 days was from spammers who registered before the upgrade, and I'm simply banning their usernames whenever they post.
