Story of mountain robbers influenced by Bahai teachings

Postby daito » Sat Sep 08, 2018 6:59 pm

I am looking for the details to a story I believe I heard in Drawing Nigh to Baha'u'llah by Adib Taherzadeh. For me, at this time and in my rather unususal situation this story is inspiring . I can't go into more details but the parts of the story that I remember are dominating my intuition on how to behave and conduct myself in the present situation. SO I wish someone would point me to a source for the complete story.

I don't know where the story is, but I found an email which describes it. The email says:

Mr. Kazemzadeh says he got this story from his father, of a Bahai who was captured by some mountain robbers, and kept hostage for some years, and then finally released. Then later, this person met these robbers and a few had become Baha'is. They were still robbers but they said they changed their behavior and now only robbed Muslim priests.
