Thanks for looking...I know there is word-for-word software, but I was looking for free online tools for translatnig whole texts or websites--but in word-for-word fashion.

Transliterated would be fine if that were the only option, again, as long as it was not just one word at a time.

I think many language learners would look forward to there being a translator for Arabic and Persian which could ideally recognize Arabic script (and if it is unmarked, add the marks), and place the transliteration and translations beneath (even putting multiple connotations of a word under a single Arabic/Persian word), similar to how the following website (under "Advanced Interface to Chinese big5 Annotator" can work at http://www.mandarintools.com/ for Chinese texts).
