While there are Elders of a sort, and Baha'is have some vague plan for world domination, it's all pie-in-the-sky type stuff which nobody but them thinks has a chance of succeeding. I'm primarily thinking of texts that are not being released because they might cause embarrassment to the institutions of the faith, or make problematic their claims to divine authority. An example would be the original version of Nabil's narrative. This would be embarrassing because (a) it apparently attests to miracles, which might strain credibility, (b) some of those praised might have later become covenant-breakers, (c) it might reveal defects in the authorized translation.
