Dear Darrick,

Thank you for your efforts in attempting to teach the Baha'i Faith to Christians.

Although I have not had a chance to read through all of your website's interpretations, there has obviously been a lot of love and work put into it.

Although there may be multiple interpretations to it including one referring to the Romans, and although I cannot recall the source of such references, I seem to remember the mark of the beast in the Writings referring rather to the usurpation of the legitimate successorship of Ali in Islam (particularly with his despicable assassination around 661 A.D. -- about 666 years from Christ's birth). There are many other interpetations in the Baha'i Writings that indicate that an acceptance of the truth of Islam is necessary in order to understand Christian prophecy. See for example Chapters 11 and 13 (and also part of Chapter 10) of Some Answered Questions at http://www.bahai-library.com/writings/abdulbaha/saq/ .

best wishes,
Brett
