Hello friends - a message about this was posted on a Baha'i Youth Message board and I have been really unable to find the answer! In the Lawh-i-Aqdas, there is this passage:

Give My remembrance to the one named Murád and say: `Blessed art thou, O Murád, inasmuch as thou didst cast away the promptings of thine own desire and hast followed Him Who is the Desire of all mankind.'

You can find it as paragraph 29 on this site.

Anyways, who is this Murád that is being refered to? I have found some things about an `Ali-Murad who was a martyr at Nayriz, but not very much. I looked all over this site, but could not come up with anything definitive. Thanks in advance for your help.
