I believe most of the Writings of Baha'u'llah are in Arabic. I think most of the Bab's Writings are in Arabic as well. Abdul'Baha has, I suspect, more Writings in Persian, to help and guide the Persian believers of the time.

I'm currently learning Arabic in University... it's fun, but challenging!! So many rules!!! :)

I took the first semester course (for absolute beginners), which emphasized the letters and simple sentence structure. Now, i'm in the second semester course, wherein we study more in-depth grammar, and learn more vocabulary and rules for pronouns, etc.
