This may be a bit too advanced for tenth graders, unless they're real smart, but you might want to check out John R. Hinnells (ed.) "New Handbook of Living Religions" (London: Blackwell, 1997). There are survey articles on about fifteen religious traditions, which is bad for Christianity and Islam but good for indigenous religions and the Bahai religion, which gets one of the best survey articles I've ever seen on it (Denis MacEoin, "Bahaism"). I'd personally be tempted to just copy this article onto some better compilation.
