(a) Right! The only one I remember was Allahu Akbar - a male greets a male, as I recall.

(b) I believe there are some, though I don't know where they are. I don't know what the policy is; I'd like to think we are past the last 150 years already, but I will get bored with a Babi who seems to ahve a one track mind about busting on Baha'u'llah and Baha'is in general, and that would have the same effect.

(c) Jonah's site (this one) is pretty well endowed, though I don't know if it is "up to date". For instance, here is the Rizwon message for 158 - this past spring.
