Is Jamshaid Maani "Al-Insan" claimant of new faith after Bahaullah active?

I have met a person told me about new faith after Bahahullah,but he couldnāt guide me any source or mission house for more information about this new concept accept a few initial tracts. Is this mission is alive Mr.Jamshaid Mani and his followers are active? Please give detailed history of their separation at the time of settlement of Bahai Universal HOUSE of Justice.
