To understand the context of this talk, Sears makes a remark that, by the date of his talk, the 5-year plan is actually a 2 1/2-year plan, and (2) it is mentioned that it is a Teaching conference at Alaska, and there are messages from the Universal House of Justice to the conference on July 1976.
