- This map was originally printed in two sizes: approximately 11x17, and full poster size. This scan was made from the smaller of the two.
- The creases in the image (see sample, below) existed in the original poster I used; apparently the original 1968 map used to reproduce the more recent poster had been folded in eight segments.
