I have a statement headed -
A BAHA'I PERSPECTIVE ON NATURE
AND THE ENVIRONMENT
© 1986 Baha'i International Community
Office of Public Information
September 1986
I can't locate it on the BIC site, this site nor find any idea of who it was written for or why. I do find a listing of it being published in 1989 by the Australian NSA.
I'm sending a copy to Jonah.
Any ideas?

BIC Statement on Nature
----------
Understood properly, all man's problems are essentially spiritual in nature.

Re: BIC Statement on Nature
I have a partial answer. There were two separate statements made.
One, the one I asked about, was produced in Sept 86 on the occasion of the formation of the religious Network affiliated w/ the WWF. The only formal Baha'i source appears to be http://iefworld.org/bicpne.htm
The other, "official", statement was issued Oct 87 when the Faith formally joined the Network.
I still don't know to whom the Sept 86 statement was given/presented.
