Jon:

Please feel free to call 1-800-22-unite, as they will kindly direct you to your local Baha'i community.

Also here is a contact page for the American Baha'is:

http://www.bahai.us/contact

They will be more than happy to locate your local Baha'i community! (They will also send you some info if you wish.)

Please tell us if this is helpful to you and if you succeed in making contact with the Baha'is in your area.

I hope you find the Baha'is soon. :D

Hi Jon,

Just as a follow-up, were you successful in making contact with the Baha'i community in your area?

Take care.

Email is a great way for learning about the Faith, it's a lot easier to have a running discussion. I think your best bet is the listserver called "Baha'i Discuss." I don't think you have to be a Baha'i to subscribe. You can find a list of this and other listservers at http://www.bahaindex.com/modules.php?na ... erby=hitsD . To subscribe to Baha'i Discuss, send your name to Bahai-Discuss-request@bcca.org. Later, when you've found your niche, you can subscribe to one of the hundreds of different topical Baha'i listservers.

You can also visit the more-active website discussion forum at http://www.planetbahai.org (click on the link to Forum, it'll take you to another site).
