Baker, Richard Edward St. Barbe (1889–1982): World-famous environmentalist, forester, and founder, in 1922, of Men of the Trees, the first global conservation movement; author of some thirty books and numerous articles; a committed Bahá’í who rendered service to the Bahá’í Faith for more than fifty years.
