This review was originally posted to the listserver talisman9@yahoogroups.com. I do not know the date Maneck's review was posted there, but McGlinn's responses are dated March 2007.
McGlinn has posted two essays to his blog responding to Maneck's review: senmcglinn.wordpress.com/email-archive/response-manecks-cs-review and senmcglinn.wordpress.com/email-archive/response-maneck-cs-2.
Documents posted between 2003-2012 had various slightly different URLs and sometimes can be found in archive.org with addresses like bahai-library.com/file.php5?file=maneck_mcglinn_theocratic_assumptions.
